The Taste of Home!
The kids have been eating Anna’s cartoon buns since they were little — delicious and trustworthy!
The dough is springy with a great texture, and the meat filling is fresh, fragrant, smooth, and slightly chunky — just like homemade! That’s how you know it’s made with quality meat!
The steamed buns are beautifully layered, and even the pickiest kids love all kinds of Annah Buns’ food!
The shop is clean, cozy, and welcoming, and the uncle and auntie there are as kind and warm as neighbors.
Every time we eat our fill, we also buy a big bag of frozen ones to take home — so convenient and effortless! Highly recommended!

The steamed buns are great. So soft. The perfect texture. Good dumplings too. The pork and cabbage were nice. Also, very good savoury broth on the wonton soup. This place definitely feels more like a take away joint than a restaurant. I don't think they sell drinks...of any kind. I didn't see a soft drink fridge or a drinks menu. Service was quick and it was quite busy while we were there.

A nice little shop. All buns and dumplings are hand made with authentic taste. Highly recommended.

Love this place! So glad we popped in on a cold night, as it's easy to drive by. Park opposite in the parking lot or in Coleman Ave. It is the gem others write about.
Friendly and helpful old couple and another gentleman who's English is perfect, run this homely eatery.
The buns are really soft and delicious. Low MSG as I'm sensitive and didn't feel thirsty at all. Had the Pork Xiao Long Bao - plain pork bun. Going to try the whole menu!
Super yum and great value, especially to feed hungry kids. Frozen buns were so easy - 8-10 mins steamed. They can steam it themselves. $12/10 buns.
Better than buns at several northern style Chinese bun places in Eastwood which I find are very high in MSG. (Yummy Buns - southern style buns are still a favourite there in Eastwood though.)
Will be a family catch up place for comfort food and genuine homely service from the owners. It's honestly like your grandma made them and eating at her table.
